DMing?, 36 stars. Spent 40k on supplies... and jailed Options

Earlier today, I was jailed for "DMing". I'd like to dispute whether or not this is actually DMing and not just a case of finger pointing. Here's my unadulterated side of the story.

So lets begin. I logged in, did typical shit like retake my turf, mod a car, and went to the LS bank to rob it. I got the robbery instantly. Perfect Timing. There was already a cop in there camping the bank.. I killed him as soon as it registered that I robbed because he was sort of playing by the rules and didnt do anything to me seeing as I had 0 stars.

2 More Cops showed up within 30 seconds... I killed them both with a very accurate shotgun blast or two... then one more came and I eventually died before I could get the money... So I said okay whatever, shit happens, screw it. I hadn't bought any weapons this time around (usually the only reason why I'd die seeing as the taser + shooting me with an m4 is sort of rigged imo but whatever.) This time around I figured id stock up... Seeing as I had full stars because of the robbing (not sure if the stars come until after you get the money or not dont remember maybe it was just me killing them) + me killing three cops that eventually ended up camping that bank after I left.

I Spawned, Robber SF, bought about 40k worth of weapons only like 90k in the bank putting me at 50k... (I like being prepared so go ahead and laugh) and went to a the bank (SF) No cops in sight. Got bored waiting and saw that someone had 50k appear outta nowhere so I assumed they beat me to it... So i left.
Anyway. Lets get to the point.

I leave, in a turismo i had took and modded from the spawn prior to attempting to rob the 2nd time around... Im chillin' in SF and i still have full stars. So now im slightly irritated because my banks drying up and I usually either get dmed by other robbers or arrested/killed by cops mid day so i generally play at night to rob. But tonight wont work for me seeing as I have things to do. Don't we all? Anyway.

I'm heading down the strip and [SWAT] Rodney was chillin in his SFPD car. Chatting with someone. I sit there for about 10 seconds to see if he actually gives a shit that im here. Avoiding unnecessary confrontation. Keyword. Avoiding. He sees me. Finishes His Sentence and starts moving towards me. (I have 30mb up. I have a very smooth connection to this server btw)

Having full stars... I obviously react, shoot his tire, Nitro boost and fly off because Im not gonna go to jail and lose all my money I had just spent because of one lone cop. (he likes to jail me alot (well at least try haha) so i didnt think he'd be such a whiner about it all). Anyway. he starts complaining like a kid in a candy shop saying I dm'd when all i did was shoot out his tire... I HAVE FULL STARS AND HES THE ONLY COP IN SIGHT AND HE MOVED TOWARDS ME! what do you expect! so I roll back around and he shoots out my turismo's tires and makes it catch on fire and starts running at me.

I drive down the strip, mash f. dive out and pull out my sniper. He is now running for me. So I shot him after he begins open firing at me with his m4. I kill him. (I play tons of FPS and this engine is cake to me as far as killing) He then complains to SAES ron that i am dming and that i killed him while he was in the car. NOT true. I shot his tire. And he did not die inside his vehicle.

So barely even hearing me out. Ron jails for "breaking the rules". Lose 40k my modded car and then some. I dont see why i'm in the wrong when I have full stars. I believe in the rules it clearly states do not shoot cops unless you are wanted. He was not AFK and I did not actually kill him until after he shot my turismo up when i doubled back around.

Its rather funny because in the history of me being on this server. I have never been jailed for this before. I'd love clarification. Am I really in the wrong? I also don't think its fair to punish someone without fully hearing them out. Even If I am in the wrong. I understand that I was using game chat to dispute and thats not approved and sending me to the forums was the right thing to do.

Honestly, I really don't care about the warning although i feel it was unjust. Im not gonna sit here and dispute something i have little to no evidence to back up... yet... im sure rodney doesnt have much to back his accusations and lies up with anyway. I just want to know If what I did was actually wrong.

You may check server logs though, Locations of death. How i killed him. you will find it all matches up. Perhaps even if you can see the logs that my vehicle was destroyed (doubtful you have records of that though)

Anyway. Im sick of being accused of being a DMer when ive been regularly visiting your server and following the rules as best I can. No disrespect/offense to Ron.

I will admittedly say I was angry at the time and may have come off as a jerk, but I have great respect for the SAES team and have no intentions of badmouthing anyone/I do not hold grudges (unless its gang vs gang related )

I myself am a programmer (Lua/C/C++/List goes on...) and a server administrator (on various servers windows/linux - http, ftp, mysql,) even mta you name it... Even If I talk smack and act like a e-gangsta that does not mean I am oblivious to how much effort you all put into this great server.

Rodney usually gives credible reports, i have certainly had more contact with him than i have yourself n0ps.

Obviously, he had a different story to tell on the server, hence my actions, and as i have already stated i would be happy to reimburse you 40k if it transpires you were unjustly dealt with.

Being honest, Rodney will probably say the same thing as he did on the server, and it is impossible to prove either side beyond reasonable doubt.

I have no knowledge n0ps, of your previous history, which is normally a good thing, so as a sign of goodwill, ask me for the money back when you see me on server.

We get hundreds of DM claims a day, sometimes were right, sometimes were wrong.

This sort of considered, respectful appeal suggests on this occasion i was wrong.

Anyways, no biggie in my book, lets see what Rodney says.

Ok guys sorry i was so late just had some problems with the internet but now that it is fix lemme reply to the post

Firstly when I logged in I spawn SF as a SWAT officer my usual spawn on a typical day
I then jump in my police car an drove off heading strait to robbers spawn where i saw alot of criminal
on arrival i was shot at by two robbers (cant remember there name ) I managed to arrest one of them an the other kill me so i re spawn as SWAT officer again in SF i jump in my car an started driving towards the loc i had on the other criminal while passing by the Limo spawn n0ps~>shc came out of no where with a turismo colliding with me and hitting me on the right side (which is the passenger side of the car) i flip once an collided with one of the limos i managed to regain control of the car an on doing that i drove off because [eco-c]wANTy PMed me.I park on the hill in the grass facing South of SF I park there because I was replying to [exo-c]wANTy`s pm.
n0ps~>shc passed on the street an shot out my two tyres on the left side of the car which is the driver side i didnt respond because i was replying to wanty still
Then nops~>shc stopped lower down the road an before i knew it i was killed by a sniper rifle WHILE I WAS SITTING IN MY CAR.
SO i told SAES>RonSeal an he took appropriate actions by jailing him an on doing so nops~>shc started to tell SAES>RonSeal that the server needed Better admins then he started to say that he did not deathmatch (BUT HE SHOT ME COLD BLOODIED) so I started to argue with nops~>shc, SAES>RonSeal told us to post it on the forums an said that we will settle that there nops~>shc loggout.He eventually came back an was jailed again by the server for (serving previous sentence)
he then PM me an told me that he would be back for me an he told me to watch out i just said that i ll be rite here waiting I continued playing as normal but i never saw him since!!!!!

I just got one more thing to say In the past i meet nops~>shc a couple of times an on doing so i was Deathmatch
also there is another one his name is mourn~>shc an they Both deathmatch alot i am sure that there are other people on the server that has been Deathmatch by those two any one who is reading this just back me up please by posting an saying that they were deathmatch by those two
